Wilder was part of the project team developing scoping and environmental documents for roadway and bridge improvements on Sunset Road for the south approach to the Sunset Traffic Interchange and a new connection from the I-10 Westbound Frontage Road to River Road. The project included a new bridge across the Rillito River and connections to The Loop. The project is a collaboration between the Pima County Department of Transportation, the Regional Transportation Authority, the City of Tucson and the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Wilder provided vegetation sampling and measurement for seed mix and re-planting density determinations; Visual Assessment Report; Riparian Habitat Impact Assessment; and public participation. All work was done per Pima County Environmentally Sensitive Roadway guidelines. 

To help the public visualize the proposed project, Wilder worked with Dennis Caldwell of Caldwell Design to develop a rendering of how the project will appear after construction.
